After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2023 Old Town Brew Fest. While we experienced a series of setbacks during our planning process, the main challenge we encountered was securing enough commitment from breweries to move forward and assure a successful event.
There are many moving parts in organizing an event like this and we have always tried to do this with everyone’s best interest in mind. We strive to balance the interests of the
breweries with the interests of the attendees. We could not, in good conscience, move forward with an event that we didn’t think everyone would be proud of.
That said, we are already geared up for next year and looking for ways to improve with hopes to bring the event back to Bloomingdale’s Old Town.
