It is the policy of the Bloomingdale Police Department to thoroughly investigate all complaints of any possible violation of the department’s Rules & Regulations and/or Polices & Procedures. We recognize that maintaining a professional conduct throughout the organization requires an objective, fair and honest review process that will ensure the department’s integrity and maintain public confidence.
If you would like to submit a complaint against a member or members of the department, please download and completed the attached form. Your signature on the form will need to be notarized before submission. Please note, the police department does have notaries available in the Police Records Department.
