The Bloomingdale CHARACTER COUNTS! Coalition was formed in May 1998 by several local governmental agencies, along with various community organizations, in order to promote the mission to actively build and nurture trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship throughout the community.
