The Grove at Bloomingdale: Building the Future of Bloomingdale

Exciting progress continues at the former Stratford Square Mall site as redevelopment advances on The Grove at Bloomingdale. With demolition complete, work is underway to prepare the site for new construction as this transformational project moves forward.

Planned as a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly destination, The Grove will feature a man-made lake, central event lawn, more than 280 luxury residences, a mix of dining and entertainment options, and welcoming gathering spaces designed for year-round community events. The first announced tenant, Bloomingdale Yard, will serve as a state-of-the-art recreation and athletic facility and a key anchor within the development. The first major openings are anticipated in 2027.
