Senior Services

An array of services are available to Bloomingdale Seniors to assist with daily needs, and to afford recreational outlets. Services and programs are offered by the Bloomingdale Township Senior Center, Bloomingdale Police Department, DuPage County Senior Services, and the DuPage Center for Independent Living.

  2. Association of Senior Service Providers - DePage

    The Association of Senior Service Providers (ASSP) - DuPage is a network of professionals who work with or on behalf of seniors in DuPage County.

  3. Bloomingdale Township Senior Services

    The Michael A. Miliotti Senior Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The center provides a clean comfortable and safe place for seniors to participate in various activities.

  4. DuPage Center for Independent Living

    The DuPage Center for Independent Living is a nonresidential, community-based, not-for-profit agency that provides advocacy and services to persons with disabilities in DuPage County.

  1. DuPage Senior Citizens Council

    The DuPage Senior Citizen's Council (DSCC) is a not-for-profit, community based, volunteer driven agency, devoted to enriching senior life.

  2. File of Life

    The File of Life is a mini-medical history that provides emergency personnel with helpful information during critical and/or life-threatening situations.

  3. Free Eye Exams for Seniors

    The Lions Clubs International has joined with EyeCare America and Prevent Blindness America to promote the importance of eye exams for seniors.

  4. Street Smart Seniors Program

    The program educates the participants in the various aspects of police work and personal safety issues.
